The Clinical Nurse Specialist (ISC) is an advanced practice nurse with a postgraduate training (clinical masters). The ISC is the expert clinician in the assessment and care planning area of ​​expertise, has a thorough knowledge of diagnostic and treatment of their patients, is able to develop their interventions according to the most recent indications of ' Evidence-based nursing .
